Police are appealing for help in finding an ‘aggressive’ man who reportedly assaulted a woman in Coventry. It happened on Stoney Stanton Road.
Detectives are hoping to find the man responsible for assaulting a woman next to the NHS Walk-In Centre on Stoney Stanton Road. She was approached by a man who became ‘aggressive’ and assaulted her before fleeing.
It happened at around 11.20am on July 5 this year, Coventry Police said. Officers investigating the incident said there are no images or CCTV of the man they are looking for and appealed for those who saw what happened to get in touch by calling 101.
In a statement issued yesterday (November 11), Coventry Police said: “Did you witness an assault in Coventry? We are asking the public for help in tracking a man responsible for assaulting a woman on Stoney Stanton Road on July 5.
”At 11.20am, the woman was outside the NHS Walk-In Centre when she was approached by a man who became aggressive and assaulted her before leaving the area. Unfortunately, there are no images or CCTV of the man we are looking for, so we are hoping anyone who was in the area that day might remember seeing it and be able to help.
“If you remember anything or have photos or moving images, please get in touch via 101 or Live Chat, quoting crime number 20/639055/24.”
