Simon Fitzgerald was incarcerated for sexually assaulting a teenage girl and thereafter threatening to “incinerate her residence”.
The 29-year-old resident, Simon Fitzgerald, of Whitford Road, Birkenhead, first refuted the charge of assaulting the victim, who was under the age of 16.
Subsequent to his release by law enforcement, Fitzgerald proceeded to the victim’s residence and vociferated through her window.
On a separate occasion, the paedophile was observed attempting to enter her residence in the early morning hours.
Simon Fitzgerald was saw again subsequently, when the victim’s mother discovered an empty petrol can at her front door in Bury.
She suspected it was a “warning” left by the convicted thief, who had threatened to “incinerate her residence”.
Simon Fitzgerald ultimately entered a guilty plea before to trial for inducing a kid to participate in sexual behaviour and for witness intimidation.
Simon Fitzgerald was incarcerated for a duration of four years and eight months.
Greater Manchester Police stated that it could not furnish his mugshot as they forgot to take it.
