Convicted of several sexual charges against two adolescent girls, a man, Nadeem Hussain Wakefield Paedophile, has been imprisoned for twenty-one years.

Previously of Regent Street, Wakefield, Nadeem Hussain, 46, was found guilty at Grimsby Crown Court of four charges of rape and one act of assault by penetration.

He was convicted today at Grimsby Crown Court to 21 years imprisonment. He became the subject of a lifelong Sexual Harm Prevention Order, effectively limiting his release from jail to further safeguard the public.

At the time of the offences, the victims were sixteen and seventeen.

“Nadeem Hussain has groomed his victims over a length of time, plying them with heroin and crack cocaine to enable his sexual offending,” said Detective Sergeant Kirsty Senior of Wakefield District’s Child Vulnerable to Exploitation Team (CVET).

He took advantage of vulnerable adolescent females here. Given his dangerous nature as an offender, the term he has been assigned matches his deserved behind-bars position.

“The result of a two-year thorough study by CVET, this court case marks the climax. Nadeem Hussain denied his guilt, which led to a four-week trial; I’m glad his victims now have justice. No jail term can ever fully undo the psychological, bodily, and emotional harm Hussain has done to these two young girls.

“His victims have shown incredible bravery all through the criminal justice procedure. From the start, they have received backing from specially qualified protection officials.

“I would urge anyone who has been the victim of child sexual exploitation or has concerns for a child to please report it so that we can safeguard the victim, protect others from harm and ensure perpetrators are made to face responsibility for their actions.”
