Michael Norman Smith Isle of Wight Paedophile will be brought before the court to answer for numerous charges of child sexual assault that occurred in the past.
Michael Norman Smith, a 60-year-old individual who used to reside at Willow Way in Sandown, has received a legal notice to attend the Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court on the present day (27th August). The purpose of this summons is for Mr. Smith to address the following accusations:
- Rape of a child under 13
- Four counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child under 13
- Two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child aged 13-15
- Four counts of causing/inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity
- Causing/inciting a child aged 13-15 to engage in sexual activity
- Causing a child under 13 to watch/look at an image of sexual activity
- Assaulting a child under 13 by touching
- Meeting a boy under the age of 16 following grooming
- Gross indecency with a child under the age of 16
- Inciting a child under the age of 16 to commit an act of gross indecency
- Indecent assault on a child under the age of 14
- The charges relate to offences alleged to have been perpetrated against a boy between 1st May 2004 and 31st March 2010 on the Isle of Wight.
