Paedophile Mark Smith, 34, Bloxwich Road, Walsall, was jailed for 19 years with a further six years on licence and given a sexual harm prevention order for 30 years.
Mark Smith was in court for 12 charges, including allegations he raped a child under the age of 13, conspiring to incite victims, all under 13, to engage in sexual activity, conspiring to facilitate sexual activity with children and further conspiring, for their sexual gratification, to have children watch themselves, or others engage in sex acts.
