After being discussed by other crooks, a NOTORIOUS transgender paedophile Katie Dolatowski beat a fellow inmate behind bars.

Near Falkirk, Katie Dolatowski, 22, set upon the inmate at Polmont jail, over “comments,” lags had made about her.

After misleading staff, Katie Dolatowski was discovered residing at a Leeds sanctuary for victims of domestic violence. Regular visits from Spice Girl and campaigner Mel B followed.

And yesterday, prosecutor Danielle McDonald said Falkirk Sheriff Court today that Dolatowski struck out while prisoners were gathering their meal in the social section of the jail.

According to Ms McDonald, victim Peter Patterson, then twenty, felt as though he had been shoved last year on January 22 when he was at the hotplate getting his lunch.

Then towering Katie Dolatowski hit him again.

Witnesses witnessed the six foot plus paedo “holding Mr Patterson over a table and punching him to the back of his head,” Ms McDonald said.

Warders yelled at Katie Dolatowski to stop, then she was guided back to her cell.

She was put on report and punished with loss of rights and salary.

Dunfermline, Fife, Katie Dolatowski, admitted guilt to repeatedly hitting Mr Patterson on the head and body.

At the time of the event, the court heard she was serving a sentence for an attack she committed while lodging in Glasgow.

Kelly Howe, defending, claimed Katie Dolatowski had been “targeted for quite some time” and had been housed in male lodgings in Polmont “notwithstanding” her identifying as a woman.

Ms. Howe stated: “On this occasion she chose to try and stand up for herself over something that had been said to her the previous evening.

“She informed prison officials at the time that Mr Patterson had been responsible for remarks directed against her.”

Ms Howe claimed that the jail service now acknowledges Katie Dolatowski’s identification and that she is being housed in Cornton Vale women’s prison close to Stirling.

Sheriff Christopher Shead postponed sentence until January 12, next year for a criminal justice social work report.

Currently serving a term for failing to notify authorities of a change of address, Dolatowski

He remarked, “I see some complexity in terms of her circumstances which the court should consider before deciding if custody is the only appropriate disposal here.”

Then eighteen, Katie Dolatowski targeted a ten-year-old girl in the Kircaldy, Fife Morrisons restroom area.

She told the youngster to take off her trousers and threatened to stab her; instead, the girl struck her and left.

It happened a month following Katie Dolatowski’s discovery covertly photographing a 12-year-old girl on the toilet in an Asda in Dunfermline.

She stayed out of jail, but at the time it surfaced she was housed in a woman-only hostel and self-identifying as female caused resentment.
