Jason Black paedophile child molester - child sexual assault - Torquay

A Torquay paedophile, Jason Black, has been sentenced to imprisonment for producing obscene photos of minors and violating a Sexual Harm Prevention Order. Jason Black, 51, has a record of comparable offences and was under various court mandates and surveillance protocols at the time of his most recent crimes.

He disregarded prohibitions against internet access and was apprehended after downloading abhorrent photos of child exploitation. A 51-year-old individual, Jason Black, has been sentenced to three years in prison after confessing to various charges at Exeter Crown Court.

Prosecutor Ms. Kelly Scrivener stated that police apprehended Jason Black in February following the association of his email with dubious activities on a child-oriented image-sharing network. The police were concerned that he was once more obtaining indecent photos.

Upon searching his residence, authorities discovered that he had utilised a computer in violation of his Sexual Harm Prevention Order and had downloaded several images.

He was released; but, upon a further check of his residence, the authorities discovered additional evidence indicating he had been utilising the internet on gadgets he should not have possessed.

A subsequent police warrant was executed in August, resulting in the discovery of additional memory cards and SIM cards. The prosecutor stated that Black has 16 gadgets capable of internet access and image storage. This constituted a violation of his SHPO.

Ms. Scrivener stated: “It was a deliberate and continuous effort to circumvent the restrictions of his SHPO over a period of eight months.”

The court was informed that Jason Black has previously been incarcerated for similar offences since 2017.

Ms. Rachel Smith, in defence, stated that he had demonstrated some understanding of the damage inflicted by his actions and expressed remorse. She stated that he is in poor health and unfit for employment.

Judge David Evans stated that his misconduct may stem from social isolation. Jason Black will serve fifty percent of his sentence in incarceration and the remainder under supervision.
