Subsequent to an inquiry conducted by Thames Valley Police, an individual, James Tossell Ivinghoe Aston Paedophile, has been sentenced to 17 years of incarceration for the sexual abuse of minors.
James Tossell, 58, of Orchard Farm, Ivinghoe Aston, was sentenced today at Aylesbury Crown Court after a jury convicted him of many sexual offences against three females.
He was unanimously convicted by a jury of eight charges of sexual assault on a child, two counts of sexual penetration of a child, three counts of engaging in sexual behaviour with a kid, and three counts of producing indecent images of children.
James Tossell exploited his role as a riding school proprietor to perpetrate abuse against his victims over several years. The offence occurred in the past.
James Tossell has been subjected to a lifelong sexual harm prevention and notification order.
Detective Constable Kelvin Lennon stated: “James Tossell is evidently a perilous offender who was determined to sexually exploit these girls for his own gratification.”
He exploited his position to cultivate their trust, leading them to believe they were in a secure atmosphere, while in truth, he was merely preparing them for subsequent abuse.
I admire the victims’ bravery in coming forward; without their courage, we would not have been able to bring James Tossell to justice for his heinous acts.
I recognise that his abuse has significantly impacted their lives, and all three continue to endure the repercussions to this day. I anticipate that James Tossell’s incarceration will provide some benefit to them.
