Jake Pinhorn Walton Paedophile has been sentenced to imprisonment for violating a court order prohibiting him from possessing undisclosed smartphones. In 2018, Jake Pinhorn received a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) following his conviction for the creation and distribution of indecent pictures of minors.
He was additionally mandated to register as a sex offender. However, law enforcement asserts that the 31-year-old’s risk management officer suspected he was utilising the internet once more on an undisclosed smartphone.
This suspicion was validated when a warrant was executed at Jake Pinhorn’s residence. A smartphone belonged to him was located there, according to the police.
The police said that he violated the conditions of the sex offenders’ register by residing at an undisclosed address.
Jake Pinhorn has been incarcerated for one year following his appearance at Guildford Crown Court. Pinhorn acknowledged violating the conditions of his registration and his Sexual Harm Prevention Order at his court appearance.
PC John Rose of Surrey Police’s High Harm Perpetrator Unit stated: “This outcome demonstrates our unwavering commitment to diligently and vigorously pursue justice against convicted sex offenders who violate their imposed conditions.” Sexual Harm Prevention Orders are established to safeguard the community and mitigate the danger of recidivism; therefore, any violation is treated with utmost seriousness, and we will not hesitate to take action.
