An Oxford trainee teacher, Jacob Chouffot, who disseminated over 1,000 recordings depicting the violent rape of newborn babies, some of which would have died, has been released without imprisonment.
Jacob Chouffot, from Iffley, disseminated and acquired over 1,000 of the most egregious Category A films and photographs between 2015 and 2019.
Despite the gravity of the offences, the 26-year-old did not get a jail sentence during their appearance at Oxford Crown Court this week.
This was because the poor excuse of a human being judge said he was not a direct danger to the public after Jacob Chouffot admitted 14 counts of making, possessing and distributing child abuse images.
Jacob Chouffot was arrested in November 2022 and quit his job shortly afterwards having admitted in a police interview to possessing the media which he shared on WhatsApp and Telegram.
He was then charged 18 months later in July of this year and pleaded guilty at his first hearing.
The court heard he used two phones to share and store photos and videos with one phone containing 570 Category A images.
This vile collection including as many as 484 videos which featured children as young as six months.
His other device contained 462 Category A snaps and clips of newborn babies while across the two phones, he had 228 Category B and 63 Category C photos.
Jacob Chouffot was made subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order while he must also now do 30 rehab sessions as well as 180 hours of unpaid work.
In addition, the 26-year-old must also sign the sex offenders register for ten years.
