Paedophile Dean Webb, 35, Saw Mill Close, Walsall, received a two-year supervision order, must be notified as a sex offender for five years and given a sexual harm prevention order for 40 years.
Dean Webb was convicted of 14 offences, including multiple charges of raping children under the age of 13, conspiring to incite children to sexual activity and conspiring, for sexual gratification, to cause the children to watch themselves or others engaging in sex acts.
