A sex offender, David Fowler, reached out to a teenage girl over social media while on parole.
In 2015, David Fowler was sentenced to nine years in prison after admitting guilt to four charges of enticing a 15-year-old girl to participate in sexual behaviour.
The 30-year-old, originally from Warrington and currently without a fixed residence, acknowledged violating the conditions of a Sexual Offence Prevention Order (SOPO).
David Fowler communicated with a 15-year-old girl on social media, violating the conditions of the SOPO imposed on him in 2015.
David Fowler was incarcerated for 22 months, to be served concurrently with the remainder of Fowler’s sentence from 2015.
