South Yorkshire Police are urgently requesting assistance in locating the sought individual, David Doherty. David Doherty, a 58-year-old from Doncaster, is sought for two violations of Sex Offender Notification Requirements and in relation to allegations of making threats to kill.
In 2000, David Doherty was convicted of attempted rape and indecent assault; in 2014, he was found guilty of rape. Following his release from incarceration, he was permanently registered as a sex offender. David Doherty is mandated to periodically register his address with the police as stipulated by the conditions of the register. Nevertheless, he has recently been unsuccessful in this regard.
Individuals who have encountered or communicated with David Doherty recently, or possess knowledge of his current whereabouts, are encouraged to make contact. He is characterised as a Caucasian male, of slender physique, standing 6 feet 4 inches tall, with short, light brown hair that is turning grey.
Authorities suspect David Doherty is located in the Scawthorpe or Balby regions of Doncaster, while he possibly has connections to Grimsby.
