Paedophile David Baker, 41, Park Avenue, Walsall, was jailed for 20 years with a further year on licence, given a restraining order and an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.
David Baker faced 15 charges in all, including allegations he raped children under the age of 13, conspiring to incite victims, all under 13, to engage in sexual activity, conspiring to facilitate sexual activity with children and further conspiring, for their sexual gratification, to have children watch themselves, or others engage in sex acts.
