Daniel Allcock - Daniel Smith - paedophile rapist Crewe Chester

Crewe Paedophile Daniel Allcock (also known as Daniel Smith) has been sentenced to six years in jail and four years on an extended licence.

The 27-year-old paedophile, Daniel Allcock, appeared at Chester Crown Court on Friday, June 28, after pleading guilty to many charges, including inducing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, forcing a child to see a sexual act, and sexual activity with a child.

Daniel Allcock was first arrested in April on claims that he posed as a 19-year-old man online to groom and meet a 15-year-old girl between December 2023 and April 2024.

The victim was just 14 when the two started talking on social media; she even confirmed her age to him, and he told her he was 19.

He arranged to meet her on several occasions, arranging her trip and directing her where to meet him. He then had several sexual encounters with her.

When the victim’s school and social services expressed concerns, Cheshire Police were notified.

Checks swiftly revealed that Daniel Allcock was known to Cheshire Police for previous sexual offences and was significantly older than he claimed to be.

On April 18, he was quickly apprehended, charged, and detained, and safeguarding measures were put in place to protect the little victim.

Daniel Allcock eventually pleaded guilty.

In addition to his prison sentence, he will be placed on the sex offender registry for the rest of his life and subject to a sexual harm prevention order. A restraining order has also been issued.
