A former police officer, Alexander Fennell, who displayed intimate photos of a lady to colleagues without her knowledge has been determined to have engaged in serious misconduct.
Personal Computer A panel heard that Alexander Fennell repeatedly released the images while on and off duty.
Senior officials were informed of his conduct, leading to Mr. Alexander Fennell’s resignation from Essex Police following his suspension by the police.
The panel concluded that the officer would have been terminated from the military had he not already departed.
Deputy Chief Constable Andy Prophet stated that Mr Alexander Fennell’s conduct had “deviated from the standards we anticipate.”
He stated, “The conduct of former PC Alexander Fennell is intolerable.”
“Our professional standards department has conducted a comprehensive investigation into the allegations and substantiated the gross misconduct.”
Mr. Prophet stated that employees were urged to denounce misogynistic conduct.
