A food stall worker, Adam Bell Richmond Paedophile, at the Init Together festival has been convicted and sentenced at Swansea Crown Court for attempting to distribute narcotics to a security officer.
Adam Bell, a 19-year-old individual, was present at the festival held at Margam Park on May 24, 2024. During the event, he approached a security officer who was not in uniform and made an offer to sell him the illicit substance known as “ket”. The police officers were notified and, upon arresting Bell, discovered bags of white substance and scales inside his tent.
Upon inspecting Adam Bell’s phone, it was discovered that he possessed explicit images of minors, some of which had been distributed. 146 Category A photos, the most severe category, were retrieved. In addition, the phone had 63 photographs classified as Category B and 75 images classified as Category C.
The phone also had a covert video of a juvenile female, captured by Adam Bell from beneath her skirt, unbeknownst to the victim.
According to Jonathan Pritchard from the CPS, there was substantial evidence indicating that Adam Bell had the intention to distribute illegal substances at the festival. Furthermore, his mobile phone revealed that he had downloaded and shared explicit photos of children.
The CPS collaborated with the police to construct the case based on compelling evidence, leading to the defendants pleading guilty to various charges.
“Adam Bell has now received a sentence for these crimes, which includes measures aimed at safeguarding the public.”
Adam Bell received a sentence of two years and three months in a Young Offenders Institute on 16 August 2024. This sentence also included a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and a requirement to notify authorities for ten years
