Luke Jackson paedophile child rapist sex offender - Stoke

Luke Jackson Stoke Paedophile, a convicted sex offender, avoided imprisonment despite failing to report his residence in a household with a child to the authorities. In 2018, the individual, who was 34 years old at the time, was found guilty of committing sexual assault and deliberately making physical contact with a woman.

Luke Jackson received a community order and was required to register as a sex offender for five years. However, he did not fulfil the obligations of the register by remaining in a house for 12 hours or longer without informing the authorities, staying at an address in Fegg Hayes for seven nights or more without notifying the police, and neglecting to register a Snapchat username as ‘Jacko01p*sshead’.

Luke Jackson has received a 24-week jail term, suspended for two years. This decision was made at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre. According to Prosecutor Shelley Galluccio, Jackson was found guilty of sexual assault on October 24, 2018, and was subsequently added to the sex offenders’ register for five years.

According to her, Luke Jackson finalised his notice with the police on February 4. Miss Galluccio stated that he did not disclose any alternative identities he had assumed.

“On April 20, law enforcement became aware that he had been involved in a romantic relationship with a woman and had been in contact with her child, as well as staying overnight at an undisclosed location.”

The woman claimed to have encountered him at a pub in Newcastle. He utilised the social media alias ‘Jacko01p*sshead’ without informing the police.

“He resided at the woman’s residence continuously for five to seven consecutive nights, during which her son was also present.”

“On April 20, her former partner arrived and compelled him to vacate the premises.” The child was at the address throughout this time. The woman was oblivious to Jackson’s past.

Luke Jackson, residing at Vale Street, Stoke, admitted to three counts of breaching the notification obligations of the sex offenders’ registry.

Janice Sain-Reiners, who provides mitigating arguments, stated: “The relationship was recently established.” He was reluctant to disclose his past to her. That was his mistake. He should not have been in the company of a youngster without sufficient authorisation or scrutiny by the authorities.

“He experiences cognitive impairment due to alcohol-related problems.” The individual voluntarily sought assistance from Stoke-on-Trent Community Drug and Alcohol Service (CDAS). However, they did not receive a return phone call.

She stated that Luke Jackson had received a job offer from a company specialising in fence and timber.

The magistrates postponed the punishment because they had confidence in Luke Jackson’s potential for rehabilitation. As a condition of the suspended sentence, Jackson is obligated to fulfil a six-month alcohol treatment requirement, an authorised sex offenders’ program, and a rehabilitation activity requirement lasting 55 days. The court mandated him to pay £185 in costs and an additional £154 as a surcharge.
