Karl Kingston paedophile rapist child sex offender - Northumberland

An individual, Karl Kingston Ashington Paedophile, with a youthful appearance who engages in child rape and sexual abuse has been identified as a significant threat and incarcerated since 2023.

Karl Kingston perpetrated severe mistreatment upon a young individual, prompting her to gather the bravery to disclose the abuse to her mother by means of a written message. Kingston, an 18-year-old resident of Ashington, Northumberland, pleaded guilty to charges of rape and sexual assault. He has already received his sentence for these crimes at Newcastle Crown Court.

According to Michael Bunch, the prosecutor, the victim stated that she attempted to push Karl Kingston away, but he was too large, and she was unable to prevent him from continuing. Upon mustering the courage to disclose the events to her family, she expressed her profound indignation and relentless determination to avoid its recurrence.

Karl Kingston was discovered to possess a bag in his clothing that included a variety of goods, including sexual paraphernalia and two pairs of adult undergarments. In addition, he had conducted online searches for child pornography.

In her victim impact statement, the girl’s mother recounted how she received a note that would profoundly alter the course of their lives. I was utterly astonished.

“My life transitioned from an ideal state to a distressing and terrifying experience.” The actions you have taken towards my daughter are inexcusable. She is terrified of your arrival to harm her. You appear in her dreams during the night.

“I have spent several hours consoling her, assuring her that he will not harm her, while she is deeply distressed and fearful of the potential actions he might take.” I will forever hold resentment towards you and will not allow myself to erase from memory the harm you have inflicted upon our family.

Karl Kingston admitted his guilt for five charges of rape and five charges of assault by penetration. He was incarcerated for a duration of ten years, with an additional five-year period of supervised release. In addition, he will be required to undergo indefinite sex offender registration and comply with a sexual harm prevention order.

Judge Tim Gittins noted that Karl Kingston may exhibit indications of autism and further stated: “The absence of remorse or recognition of the gravity of your actions gives rise to genuine concerns regarding your future behaviour.”

The judge determined that Karl Kingston is likely to engage in additional, comparable acts and is consequently classified as a dangerous offender. Peter Schofield, the defence attorney, stated that Karl Kingston had complied with the authorities regarding his actions.
