An individual, Alan Drake Sunbury-on-Thames Paedophile, has been sentenced to a cumulative term of 18 years in prison for perpetrating numerous acts of sexual assault against a minor girl from 2009 to 2010.
Alan Drake, aged 63, received a sentence at Guildford Crown Court on Monday, 19 August, following his conviction in a trial for 13 counts of sexual assault.
The court was informed about the youngster enduring multiple instances of sexual assault for one year, starting when she was just nine years old.
In May 2021, the survivor mustered the bravery to report Drake after successfully acquiring a voice note in which he confessed to the assault. Empowered by this compelling proof, she mustered the courage to denounce these heinous offences to the authorities formally.
Alan Drake, born on October 3, 1960, of Sunbury-on-Thames, was apprehended on the subsequent day. During the interview, he levied the accusation that the survivor was mendacious. The individual was accused of 14 instances of sexual assault and was detained pending the trial. He is currently confronted with the prospect of receiving a substantial prison term as well as a permanent Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
During the sentencing, the court characterised Alan Drake’s actions as “heinous offences committed against a vulnerable individual, whom you intentionally isolated.”

The survivor expressed that this individual has caused them to experience profound humiliation over their identity and aspirations. I will endure the enduring consequences of this mistreatment and endure the burdens of PTSD, despair, and anxiety. My relationships have been significantly harmed, and I am uncertain if they will ever be restored.
