A deviant, Timothy Gardner Littlemore Paedophile, who inadvertently participated in explicit online communication with an undercover officer and violated a court order has been sentenced to nearly ten years in prison.
Timothy Gardner was jailed in 2014 after being convicted of creating many indecent photos of minors and one count of possessing a forbidden image of a child.
The 53-year-old received a suspended prison term and was registered on the Sex Offenders Register for a duration of 10 years.
Timothy Gardner, residing on Medhurst Way in Littlemore, Oxfordshire, was apprehended in August 2022 subsequent to the messages exchanged on an online chat platform.
He was subsequently apprehended in February 2023 for noncompliance with the notification mandates of the Sex Offenders’ Register and further court directives.
In January of this year, Gardner appeared at Newcastle Crown Court and confessed to five charges, which included inciting or assisting in the commission of an offence, three counts of failing to adhere to notification requirements, and one count of violating a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
Timothy Gardner, formerly of Walker Road, Newcastle, appeared in the same court on Thursday, where he was sentenced to eight and a half years in prison, followed by an additional year on parole upon his release.
Detective Inspector Alison Davison of Northumbria Police stated:
