Sean Mason Kingswood Domestic Abuser
Sean Mason Kingswood Domestic Abuser

Sean Mason, a jealous and controlling bully and domestic abuser from Kingswood, constantly threatened to kill his terrified girlfriend, taunting her that he would “like to watch the life drain out of her eyes.”

Sadistic drug user Sean Mason assaulted the woman by striking her in the eye during numerous “vile and nasty” altercations, and on occasion, he seized her by the throat and restrained her against a wall.

The court heard that he insisted on approving all her clothing, prohibited her from wearing dresses and skirts, and commanded her to remove any male connections from Facebook.

Sean Mason, 45, of Lavender Close, Kingswood, Hull, pleaded guilty to engaging in coercive and controlling behaviour, attacking a woman resulting in actual bodily harm, issuing threats to kill, brandishing a blade in a private setting, and possessing a knuckleduster as an offensive weapon. He was incarcerated for 21 months.
