David Gardner compelled one of his victims to view videos depicting older adults sexually assaulting toddlers, asserting that his abuse was “merely entertainment.”
He was convicted of engaging in sexual conduct with a minor and instigating sexual activity with a minor.
David Gardner pleaded guilty to the possession of hundreds of indecent pictures of minors and extreme pornography.
He was incarcerated for eleven years.
