Vincent Ncube, Former police officer avoids jail despite being caught with hundreds of indecent images of children including baby rape, child torture, child murder, animal with child, and more.

Vincent Ncube has avoided jail despite being caught with 176 disturbing pictures and videos of children.

Vincent Ncube, of Park Road, Smethwick, pleaded guilty to three counts of possessing indecent images of children at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

The 47-year-old was caught after joining a paedophile group on secret social media platform Telegram. Police raided his home in June last year and after seizing his tablet and phone found 176 category A, 191 category B and 487 category A pictures and videos.

No images of Vincent Ncube were released to the media so children and their guardians have no way of knowing who to avoid.

Category A pictures include:

Indecent images involving penetrative sexual activity, sexual activity with an animal or sadism.

In either instance, this would entail the victim’s penile penetration of the mouth and penetration of the anus or vagina utilising body or object. It is not suggested that a difference exists between penetrative activity between an adult and a child and between children themselves.

Although the sentencing policies a UK lawyer would advise that for simple possession of photos, an immediate jail sentence is improbable, the most likely sentence would be a community order or suspended term. Unless your case involves the production or distribution of category A photographs, a UK lawyer would advise that solid legal advice and case preparation allow a suspended sentence to be achieved.

Examples of Category A images:

  • A penetrative act of a child’s anus or vagina with either a body part or other object.
  • An act of penetrative or oral intercourse performed by a child on an animal.
  • An act of penetrative or oral intercourse performed on an animal in the presence of a child.
  • An act of non-penetrative or oral intercourse performed by an animal on a child.

Some of the images or videos that are found in a paedophile’s possession for a category A offence could be:

  • Adult male forcing penis in and out baby’s mouth with baby crying and gasping for breath in between
  • Toddler (would be in nappies) picked up and placed into an erect seated male with toddlers screaming and crying
  • Eight-year girl old tied by wrists and ankles to a bed whilst being raped by an adult male
  • A six-year-old boy was lying on the front of the bed for a video of an adult male raping him
  • Video of an adult make slowly breaking four-year-old fingers before raping them
  • Video of an adult male slowly breaking a ten-year-olds arm before raping him anally whilst the child tries to protect his broken arm
  • Images of dogs raping children of all ages, usually in “doggy style.”
  • Images of children licking or giving oral to animals
  • Video of 10-year-old performing forced rape on an animal
  • Rape of a smaller animal, e.g. cat, chicken, etc., in front of a child, ends with the animal dying of horrific internal injuries
  • Female paedophiles rape children anally and vaginally with “sex toys.”

Other category A images or videos will include the death of a baby or a child.

For example:

  • Babies get brought into the ER with catastrophic internal injuries, and the mother says the baby was dropped by accident. The hospital discovers the insides of the baby have been damaged beyond belief, with a broken spine, ruptured organs, etc. They then realise that someone has raped the baby to death.
  • Another relatively “common” baby injury is a fractured skull, as when the male ejaculates, his total body weight falls onto the baby.
  • More common are toddlers and young children who die whilst being raped and tortured. They do not have the constitution that an adult does, so it is sometimes intentional but mostly seen as collateral damage.

Vincent Ncube skipped out of the court having avoided prison and likely thanked his God that the Judge was a keen supporter of the police and connoisseurs of child abuse images.
